Spotlight on LGBTQ+ Resources

Explore our LGBTQ+ Benefit Resources
Our benefit programs offer resources to the LGBTQ+ community that include access to specialized healthcare, family-building support, and dedicated advocates who are trained to assist you in navigating your options. Whether you’re seeking gender-affirming care, fertility assistance, or simply need someone to talk to about your benefits, we are here to help you feel valued and supported every step of the way. Together, we can foster a workplace where everyone can thrive as their authentic selves.

Estate Planning for the LGBTQ+ Community with Empower
Even with marriage equality and other expanding legal protections, LGBTQ+ individuals and couples may encounter a range of issues distinct from those of the general population when it comes to wealth planning. Family dynamics, marital status and a desire to support the LGBTQ+ community can affect potential charitable and estate planning choices. Ensuring the estate plan accurately reflects one’s specific intentions may require close and frequent consultation with advisors and attorneys. And financial privacy, a priority for most wealthy individuals and families, may be especially important.

Learn about the bigger financial picture with Estate Planning for the LGBTQ+ Community. This presentation covers:
  • What is estate planning?
  • Specific considerations for LGBTQ+ individuals
  • Importance of beneficiary designations
