Get personalized support from your dedicated Care Advocate who can navigate you to resources both within and outside of Maven, plus access to community forums to connect with others on the same journey.

Employees are eligible for:

• Up to $10,000 per year for egg or sperm freezing
• Up to $10,000 per adoption or surrogacy event

Employees are automatically eligible for this plan, however, to be eligible to be reimbursed for egg and sperm freezing expenses you must be enrolled in an IPG medical plan. Refer to your 2025 Benefits Guide for more information.
