Learn more about your IPG Savings Plan
Ask yourself an important question, What’s Your Story? While each individual’s story is unique to them, there are some common pages everyone shares, one is the IPG Savings Plan, administered by Empower. The IPG Savings Plan is available to help eligible employees save and invest for their future, also known as retirement. As an added bonus, IPG will match up to the first 6% of your contributions so your savings can grow even faster, which means free money!
Company match contributions become vested after three years of service. If your employment ends before satisfying the vesting requirement, you will forfeit the matched contributions and earnings, if any. And just so you know, if you leave IPG and take a distribution that results in a forfeiture of unvested matching contributions, then are rehired within five years, those unvested matching contributions will be restored to your Plan account as long as you return the full amount of the distribution you received.
Throughout the year, IPG and Empower provide you with educational opportunities that can help you write an uplifting chapter for your financial story. Attend a live webinar or view them on demand to hear from Empower. Click here for more Financial Wellness.

Do The Math!
To receive the maximum matching contribution, space out your contributions so you contribute at least 6% each pay period, 24 per year.
